U.S. Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE USPS Priority Mail™  shipping on every order within the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO & FPO addresses. In the event that you need your order to arrive faster then the free method, we offer shipping upgrades for an additional fee. Please note that APO & FPO orders are not eligible for shipping upgrades and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail™ only.

U.S. Shipping Methods
All orders are insured and shipped with reliability and accountability for no additional fee via USPS Priority Mail™ or UPS®, based on the value of your order. Following shipping options are available for U.S. recipients: 

  • USPS Priority Mail™ — (3-7 business days). Free
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®  (1-2 business days). Additional fee will apply.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®  (1 business day). Additional fee will apply.
  • UPS Next Day Air® Early — (next day morning). Additional fee will apply.

Need it by Saturday?
Depending on your zip code, there may be an upgrade available allowing you to receive your shipment on Saturday. UPS Next Day Air® Early with Saturday Delivery is available within most contiguous U.S. areas. Please contact us for Saturday delivery.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship to customers in most of the countries around the globe. For fast and secure delivery all international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority®. Flat rate of $50.00 will apply. Additional FedEx Ground Priority® service will be available for recipients in Canada only. Flat rate of $25.00 will apply. Please view the list of Countries Not Served by FedEx.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
Since most of our jewelry is 100% handmade, each item will be shipped out within different time. To help you plan when to expect your order, in the product details for each item you will be able to see number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.

  • If you place your order before 3pm on a business day (Monday - Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
  • If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 3pm on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

All Shipments Are Insured
We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Uverly orders over $750.00.

Shipping To APO & FPO Addresses
Uverly will ship any order under $25,000 to an APO / FPO address. Uverly ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail. For more information on shipping to APO / FPO addresses.
Uverly guarantees your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center within 2-4 business days. Most shipments will usually arrive within 7-13 business days. If you’re already familiar with sending packages to APO & FPO addresses, your Uverly order is likely to arrive in about the same amount of time.

What should I do if I haven't receive my package?

  1. Make sure you check the delivery times for the product type of your order. If your order contains personalized products, delivery may take 3 - 5 business days longer.
  2. Check the delivery status of your order in the table below. It explains each stage the delivery can be in, and what you can do at that stage.

Your order may have been cancelled for various reasons. You receive an email explaining why your order was cancelled.

Order has status ‘Order shipped’. The tracking number is stuck on status ‘Out for delivery’ or ‘Label has been created”

Your order has left our warehouse and is now in the hands of the carrier. Please contact us

Order has status ‘Order shipped’.  The tracking number on the carrier website states ‘Package has been delivered’ but the package wasn’t delivered.
