TIME WINDOW: UVERLY ACCEPTS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS ON SELECTED PIECES FROM THE DAY IT WAS RECEIVED. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF WE RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST AFTER 3 DAYS, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. WE BELIEVE THAT THIS TIME FRAME PROVIDES AMPLE OPPORTUNITY TO ASSESS A PURCHASE AND MAKE A DECISION AS WELL AS GUARANTEES RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF UNWORN PIECES.

LIMITATIONS: WE ACCEPT ONLY 1 EXCHANGE PER ORDER. ONCE AN EXCHANGE HAS BEEN MADE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN IT. EXCLUSIONS: SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER CREATIONS, AS WELL AS CUSTOM DESIGN PIECES AND WATCHES CANNOT BE RETURNED TO UVERLY FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

RESTOCKING FEES: IN THE EVENT THAT A RETURN IS REQUESTED, A RESTOCKING FEE OF 5% WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FULL REFUND. THIS DEDUCTION IS NECESSARY TO COVER THE EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH INSPECTING, REPACKING, AND RESTOCKING THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE, AS WELL AS COVERING PAYMENT PROVIDER AND SHIPPING FEES. WE WANT TO ASSURE OUR CUSTOMERS THAT THIS DEDUCTION IS IMPLEMENTED SOLELY TO MAINTAIN THE QUALITY OF OUR SERVICE AND PRODUCT OFFERINGS. HOWEVER, IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS RESTOCKING FEE WILL NOT APPLY TO EXCHANGES. AT UVERLY, WE AIM TO FACILITATE EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RESTOCKING FEE, ENSURING OUR CUSTOMERS CAN SEAMLESSLY SWAP THEIR PURCHASE FOR A SUITABLE ALTERNATIVE.

SHIPPING FEES: PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES PAID UPON THE ORIGINAL ORDER. THE COST FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHIPPING LABEL FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND OR INVOICED SEPARATELY.
