Returns and Exchanges
Uverly aims to make you delighted with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, we accept returns or exchanges for the majority of jewelry items in our store. Custom design items and watches are final sale and can’t be returned. You can find additional return & exchange information in the product description.
In case of return or exchange request, Uverly does not reimburse return shipping costs.
Returned jewelry must be in the same condition as received right of the box, including all the original packaging and tags. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized, by a jeweler other than Uverly, or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return or exchange. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or replace the item. In this case we will cover return shipping fees.
