Returns and Exchanges

     Since all of the pieces made by Uverly are individual and 100% handmade we are not required to accept returns. Some of the items sold by Uverly such as rings, necklaces or bracelets can be resized or exchanged for additional minimal fee. You will be responsible for the cost of exchanging the product.
     If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may contact us to request a return within 7 days of receiving the item for inspection.
     Returns and exchanges must be in the same condition as received right of the box, including all the original packaging and tags, otherwise it will not be accepted. Please note that items showing signs of wear, altered, resized, by a jeweler other than Uverly, or damaged in any way, due to not our error, cannot be accepted for return or exchange. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or replace the item. In this case we will cover return shipping fees.
