Returns and Exchanges

 

Uverly accepts returns or exchanges within 3 business days on selected pieces from the day it was received. Every product page will have the specific terms for return & exchange at the bottom of the description.  

Returned jewelry must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition as received, including all the original packaging. Uverly will not accept any return or exchange if the piece shows signs of wear, has been used, resized or been altered from its original condition in any way.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us by email at info@uverly.com to make arrangements. A Uverly ambassador will provide you with a return label as well as authorization number, which must be noted in the original shipment. Please not that Uverly does not reimburse return shipping costs and it will be deducted from the refund.

Special order, personalized and made-to-order creations as well as custom design pieces and watches cannot be returned to Uverly for exchange or refund.
