TIME WINDOW: WE PROCESS ORDERS PROMPTLY TO ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF YOUR DESIRED ITEMS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT PROCESS, CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 12 HOURS FROM THE TIME AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED UNLESS IT HAS BEEN ALREADY SHIPPED AND TRACKING NUMBER WAS PROVIDED. THIS TIMEFRAME ALLOWS US TO MANAGE OUR PRODUCTION SCHEDULES EFFICIENTLY.

FEES: IT'S IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT EACH TIME AN ORDER IS PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE, WE INCUR FEES FROM OUR PAYMENT PROVIDERS. THESE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR US, EVEN IF WE ISSUE A FULL REFUND TO OUR CUSTOMERS. THEREFORE ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL INCUR A 5% DEDUCTION FROM THE TOTAL ORDER AMOUNT. THIS DEDUCTION COVERS ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS AND PROCESSING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CANCELLATIONS.
