Authenticity

Is your jewelry real gold?

Yes. All of our jewelry is made from real gold. We do not use gold plated or filled materials.

 

Is your jewelry stamped?

Yes. All of our jewelry is stamped to indicate gold purity such as 10k, 14k, 18k or 22k.

 

How can I be sure the gold is real?

All of our jewelry is made from real gold. Every order also includes a certificate of appraisal and comes with lifetime warranty on all jewelry.

 

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. We only use natural diamonds for all of our pieces.

 

Will diamonds fall out over time?

No. We use high quality setting techniques to secure each diamond.

 

Are the diamonds covered under warranty?

Yes. All diamond settings are covered under our lifetime warranty. In the rare event that a diamond becomes loose or falls out under standard wear, it will be replaced.

 

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

Yes. We follow responsible sourcing practices and avoid conflict diamonds.

 

Do you use lab grown diamonds?

No. We do not use lab grown diamonds for any of our products. Custom pieces can be created with lab grown diamonds only upon request.

 

Will my item arrive in perfect condition?

Yes. Every item is carefully inspected before shipment and delivered in brand new never used excellent condition.


Product Details

Will the weight of my item match what is listed?

Yes. Due to the nature of jewelry production, slight variations may occur. If the weight is lower than stated, we will offer a partial refund based on the gold value or an exchange.


Where are your chains and bracelets made?

Most of our chains and bracelets are made in Italy which is known for high quality gold jewelry craftsmanship. Almost all remaining pieces are made in the United States.

 

Do pendants come with a chain?

No. Pendants are sold separately and do not include a chain.

 

Will your jewelry tarnish?

No. Real gold does not tarnish like plated jewelry. Over time it may show minor wear which can be buffed off or polished.

 

Are your hollow chains durable?

Hollow chains can be durable when made properly. Their strength depends on thickness and craftsmanship. Our hollow chains are made in Italy using high quality production standards which makes them durable for everyday wear.

 

What chain length should I choose?

Most men wear chains between 20" and 24". 20" sits at the collarbone while longer lengths create more drop. Learn more about different lengths.


Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within the same or next business day. Shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax of 8.875% applies only to orders shipped within New York State. Orders shipped to other states are not subject to sales tax.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping options are available at checkout including overnight shipping.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. We offer free local pickup in Manhattan, New York City. Contact us to arrange a pickup time and location after placing your order.

 

Does Uverly ship internationally?

Yes. We offer international shipping to most of the countries and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?

International shipments may be subject to duties or taxes depending on the destination. We offer a shipping option that allows international orders to be delivered without customers paying duties or fees. Contact us after placing your order so we can arrange this for you.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.


Do I need to sign upon delivery of my order?

Yes. A signature is always required for all shipments to ensure safe and secure delivery.


Is my order insured?

Absolutely. Our packaging is designed to be presentation ready.


Custom Order

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes. We create custom chains, pendants, bracelets, rings, pendants and other pieces.

 

Can you create custom pieces using moissanite or fake stones?

No. We work only with natural diamonds and genuine gemstones.

 

How long does custom order take?

Most custom pieces take between 1 to 2 weeks depending on complexity.


How can I start a custom order?

You can start a custom order by submitting your request through our custom design page. Our team will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss the details of your piece.

What happens after I submit a custom order request?

Our team will review your request and contact you to go over the design, pricing, and timeline before production begins.


Watches

Are your watches authentic?

Yes. All of our watches are 100% authentic and inspected before shipping.

 

Do watches come with box and papers?

Yes. All watches we sell are delivered with a branded box. If the original manufacturer warranty card from brands such as Rolex, Cartier and others is available, it will be included. If it is not available, we provide a 5 year warranty card from our company. Every watch also comes with a certificate of appraisal issued by our company.


Returns and Support

Do you accept returns?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days on most classic necklaces and bracelets if items are unworn. Pendants, rings, earrings, glasses, locks, accessories, watches, custom orders, diamond jewelry, and personalized pieces are final sale. Learn more about our returns and exchanges policy.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us directly. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs. Learn more about our cancellation policy.
