Is your jewelry made of 100% real gold?
Yes. Uverly does not sell stainless steel, sterling silver, filled, gilded or gold plated jewelry. All of the jewelry is made of 100% real gold.


Can I track my order?
Yes, the day your item is shipped, the shipping tracking number will be sent to you by email. Items usually arrive within 2 days and you may be required to sign for the package.

Are your shipments secured?
Yes, all Uverly shipments are insured for their full value during transit.

Can I return a custom piece of jewelry?
No, all custom-design items are a final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you resize the ring if I have a problem with its size? If yes, what are the charges for the same?
Yes, we will resize the ring free of charge within 14 days of purchase. We can typically resize rings up to two sizes up or down.

Does Uverly ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world via Fedex or DHL. If you have any special preferences for your shipment, please leave a message in the notes section at checkout.

If my order is shipped outside of the US, will there be fees, duties, or taxes?
The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
